I loved that the staff were so friendly! Devin, and the gentleman he was training (on night shift) were my favorite, and by far the most friendly and helpful guest I’ve ever had while staying at a hotel, suit, or “home away from home” if you will. I live in Knoxville and anytime I want to stay in a hotel here I’ll be staying at Aloft and anytime I go on vacation outside the state of TN I’ll try to find another “Aloft” location. I also loved the cleanliness, the pool tables, the gym, the outside heated pool and sitting area. I also thought it was so cool that they had a barbecue that Tuesday night, they had a DJ, cooked hamburgers for everyone, and you got 2 alcoholic beverages and they offered non-alcoholic beverages, and this was all at no charge to the guest. Even if your on a business trip and you worry the noise may have to had a function going on they have ear plugs and a noise machine to use while your getting some rest. If your staying in Knoxville, CHOOSE THIS HOTEL! You won’t regret it! Side note: The breakfast is NOT complimentary but they have good prices and even better food!

I have stayed at this property before and m My stay was so wonderful I booked this property again within a month. Besides phenomenal customer service, the cleanliness and the environment, the staff goes above and beyond. I lost my truck key in a grate.There was no one from the city possibly help me on a Friday afternoon .Zanetta the receptionist demeanor was very calm, She is amazing with her concern for her guests. The maintenance man, Ron, had a phenomenal idea to retrieve my key. He continued to attempt to assist me. My key was retrieved due to his in ingenuity There is also a receptionist there named fig. She is so welcoming and Knowledgeable. Kudos to the employees here at a Aloft Hotels!!! I would highly recommend making this choosing this stay when your Knoxville. Above and beyond to put it mildly

Aloft is head and shoulders above other American hotels. I have stayed many times at Aloft in Lexington, MA. Knoxville was even BETTER. What a delight after a 12-hour drive to relax with my golden retriever quietly at my feet in the lovely bar and enjoy a salad and a local (!) gin. And, my tired sore spine got a nice stretch in the workout room. Staff was superlative. This artist appreciated all the design details. Great job, Aloft!

Loved the walk in shower. Water pressure was great and the shower was roomy. The complimentary shampoo and conditioner smelled wonderful! The room was decorated so cute! Hotel location was very convenient to shopping and food choices.
